Reservation Policy

Dear Clients,

Back-to-school season is busy for everybody. At Organic English we try to make the transition back to a structured schedule as stress-free and efficient as possible. It’s the OE way.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to review our new reservation policy, which will help secure your family the best teacher for your individual needs.

Reservation Policy:

Once you have registered to begin or continue with us, we kindly ask that you provide us with the start date for your lessons as well as a deposit in the amount of one lesson in order to reserve your time slot. If lessons begin on the start date as scheduled, this deposit will serve as payment for the first lesson. If lessons do not start as scheduled, an administrative fee of 300kc per lesson (from the start date) will be incurred, and the difference will be credited to your account.

For those families which do not yet know their availability at the time of registration, we ask for the same deposit and to confirm your lesson terms and preferred start date by the end of the second week of school (6.09.2019).

Families joining after the start of the school year will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis according to the availability of our teachers. Please understand that our teachers’ availability is limited and requests for lessons after September typically have a longer on-boarding time, and in some cases may not be fulfilled. We promise to do our best to accommodate your family’s wishes and keep you in close communication during the process of placing your child with the best teacher suited to their individual needs.
